What happens when I outgrow a plan?
You move up from inside the client area. Nothing is reinstalled; the limits change on the same account.
Do you take backups?
On shared plans, Plesk backups are available from the panel. Managed plans include monthly or daily backups as listed in the plan, and we test restores.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point the nameservers at ns1–ns4.stackdns.com, or keep your DNS provider and add the records we send.
Is email included?
Every shared plan includes mailboxes as listed in the table, on your own domain. Larger mailboxes are available as a separate 10 GB product.
