Privacy notice

This website is a set of static files. It sets no cookies of its own. It asks first, and only if you allow it, loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MHCLCZBC) to measure visits through Google Analytics 4. Those scripts set cookies and see the page you requested and your approximate location. If you decline, nothing is loaded and every part of the site works the same. Your answer is stored in your browser, not on our server, and clearing site data asks you again.

The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested file, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.

The client area at clients.trustssd.com is a separate billing system. It stores the account, contact, billing and service data you enter there, and it sets the session cookies needed to keep you signed in. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored on this site.

When analytics are added, this notice will name the tool, what it collects and how to opt out, before the tag goes live.

Remote support sessions run through GetScreen. Nothing is shared until you accept the connection, the app shows who is connected, and the session ends when either side closes it. A session is recorded only if you ask for it.

To ask what is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, open a ticket from the client area.

Terms of service

Hosting, domains and services are sold through the client area. The terms you accept on the order form, together with the invoice and the plan limits printed on this site, form the agreement.

Plan limits are the ones in the tables: disk, traffic, domains, mailboxes and, on managed plans, the update and backup schedule. Exceeding them is handled by moving to a larger plan or by agreement in the ticket.

Domains are registered through a registrar and are subject to that registrar's rules, including renewal and redemption fees shown in the domain table.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds, where they apply, are handled in the ticket that requests them.

Acceptable use

No spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, or anything that gets the IP address blocked. The only files served from this site are the ones we publish deliberately.
